Santa Christmas Tree Mini Session

Thank you so much for your interest in booking a Santa Christmas Tree Mini Session In-Studio with AllysonBrooke Photography!

All Santa Christmas Tree Farm Mini Sessions are $150 and require a $50 non-refundable deposit. 
Mini Session times are 15 mins, covers immediate family up to 5 and you will receive 5 of your choice Digital Image Downloads that come with lifetime print rights. This mini session will also come with options to buy prints and additional images after the session date as well. 

Santa will be reading a book to your child as well as enjoying a special treat with them. Santa will also be giving out a goodie bag to each child under 7, so make sure to put down your children's names and ages.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is requested to hold your date and time spot. The remainder of the session fee is DUE AT THE TIME of the session via Check, Cash.

Please make note, that once scheduled for a date and time slot, you cannot move to a different date and time slot. 
Once your Slot is chosen and booked, it is set.

*All Santa sessions will be held at C & R Christmas Tree Farm in Brandon, ms.

* Santa Minis Require you to BE ON TIME for your Session. 

* Due to being mini sessions, time is of the essence to get every client in. 
Please be at least 5 mins early for your session, that way it can start on time and end on time. If you do happen to be late, please keep in mind that time will come off of the 15 min session time. I want to be able to take the best photos for you and us all not to feel rushed at that point in time. 

*Please remember that the Christmas Tree Farm is a place of this sweet family's business. So being on our best behavior is a must. Please remember there is no horse playing, rough-housing, pulling on the trees or climbing trees. There is a pond on the grounds, so please be watchful of your children and make they don't get in it. 

*Weather - If the weather turns bad, I will text the number provided with updates. All calls for rescheduling will be made 1-2hrs before each individual session. If it is just a bit damp, we will still proceed, if it is a washout, we will reschedule. All Reschedules will be relocated to AllysonBrooke Photography's In-Studio Location. 

* There are no public restrooms, so please remember to GO before you make it to your session.

* Goodies will be given to kids under the age of 7yrs as well as a special treat to be used for photos and for eating.

-Santa Minis will Require Mom and Dad to be on alert and to help with kiddos so that all of your time can be used for amazing photos. 

- A sneak peek of 2 images can be shown on Facebook with permission from the client to AllysonBrooke Photography's page and the client will be tagged in them.

- Santa Mini Session Photos may be used for future promotions and advertising. If this is not something that you would like to participate in, please let AllysonBrooke Photography know in the Notes section below.

- Social Media Usage of Digital Images : This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and blogs. When published online it is/required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter the /photographer’s photographs that are placed in public on the internet. As a photographer, I need photographs that placed online to be accurate representations of my work so that future clients have a good understanding of the type of photographs that they’ll receive. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped {with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline}, altered in color, or edited in any way.

- Copyright, Reproduction, and Model Release: The copyright of the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where the digitals of photographs has been included for the clients as part of the mini session, these digital photographs will include a print release and may be printed, and or displayed online, for personal use. 
Commercial uses must be expressly approved in written form by the photographer and include citation. The photographer retains the right to use the photographs for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work. Client agrees not to sell any of the files or prints without written permission from the photographer. The client agrees to have themselves and others in their photographs pictured in such a way. The client agrees that they are signing a  to allow the use of their photographs (of themselves) for the photographer’s business purposes.
